Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed);

Have all original tags attached;

Be in its original packaging;

Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with relevant photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following types of items:

Sale or discounted items (including clearance sales and promotional discounts);

Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, simply place a new order separately for the desired item. This helps you receive your new item more quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, depending on their internal procedures.
